The Flowered Dress And How I Styled It. Hello friends. So how are you today? How quickly is January flying by!?
I am not a fan of this cold, dark and miserable month. It is so hard to get motivated to go out for a run in the cold. I like to be nice and warm, even before I start!
Having a dog makes me stay slightly fit by going out for walks at least twice a day.
Also my daughter doing her own run streak, has helped me keep going out running. Even when I do not feel up to it.
This month I have mostly been living in wellie’s for walkie’s in the muddy fields or trainers for our after school running. Makes a change to get dressed up!!
One thing I miss in the cold Winter months is seeing the pretty flowers growing. So I am wearing them on my dress.
The Flowered Dress And How I Styled It:
The Flowered Dress And How I Styled It. The flowered dress, a timeless piece in any wardrobe, offers endless styling possibilities. Don’t you think?
I wore my flowery dress with white and red heeled shoes for a casual yet stylish look. Ideal for a breakfast with friends or a weekend adventure.
I then added a striking scarf and switched out the little shoes for strappy heels to jazz up the combination for a more sophisticated occasion.
The result was a polished look perfect for an evening event or dinner date.
Accepting the dress’s flexibility, I played around with layers and accessories.
Dreaming of the beach, I styled it with a wide-brimmed hat and huge sunglasses for a beach day look then to a fitted blazer and ankle boots for a chic office look.
The floral dress naturally emanates elegance and grace in any situation, enabling me to confidently and easily exhibit my own style.
What I wore: Dress: Debenhams | Scarf: Primark | Shoes: New Look
