Bright Light Big City That’s Where I Want To Be

Bright Light Big City That’s Where I Want To Be. Hello friends, happy Thursday. So how are you doing? Feeling the cold? Because I am!!

I have been freezing since the clocks changed and even got dressed and wore my dressing gown on top to keep warm at home! I did get a bit of a chill from the weekend, though.

After a few days of taking vitamin C and I feel a lot better. Time to layer up, Methinks!

Bright Light Big City That's Where I Want To Be

Bright Light Big City That’s Where I Want To Be:

Today I am sharing a bit of a mixed-up post, Thrifty Thursday combined with a Throwback Thursday post.

Thrifty Thursday because in summer I picked up this beautiful polka dot dress from one of the charity shops I visited for £4.50!

Bargain or what and Throwback Thursday because I wore it in London for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and forgot to share it.

When we go to London we fit so many trips into our time and then when I get home I have so many to share but not enough time to share them in! Know this feeling?

Bright Light Big City That's Where I Want To Be

Bright Light Big City That’s Where I Want To Be. I love London and can not wait to visit soon. Wait, we both have a day off over the weekend! I wonder if they have dressed up for Christmas. I love to visit London when everything is Christmas-y. Don’t you too?

What I Wore: Dress: Charity Shop from one of our trips to Newark (we visited here: Newark Castle And A Trip To The Charity Shops) Shoes: c/o Sandals For Spring/Summer 2019: Mastershoe Review.

World Green Roof Day.

Hello friends, happy Sunday. As today is World Green Roof Day I thought I would share some photos that I took in Sky Garden last year. We love to visit Sky Garden when we are in London but at the minute as is harder to book when you are there as places are limited. World Green Roof Day.

Secondly, William Shakespeare Street Art, painted by James Cochran, also known as Jimmy C. What I Wore: Dress: Tu Clothing | Shoes: Converse. William Shakespeare Street Art.

Thirdly, A Ladies Tank Top For All Seasons.

Women’s tank top UK. Even on a budget, I think you can be sustainable. Take this tank top I brought off the high street in Winter.

I wore it in Winter, Spring and I think it will be great with nothing underneath and shorts in summer and a nice short-sleeved t-shirt in Autumn. Don’t you think so too?

This is a great women’s tank top for layering, each season. I am so looking forward to wearing it in summer with my long maxi dresses too.

I love that it is a knitted tank top too so it keeps me nice and warm. A Ladies Tank Top For All Seasons.

Last but not least, Take me back to London. It’s been a few weeks since we visited and I’m ready for another trip.

What I Wore: Dress: Wallis via Thrifty Shop || Black Polo Neck Jumper: Primark. Take me back to London.

After 6 years in Dubai I’m shying away from city life at the moment. I love however to be able to pop in and return to the countryside. Thanks for linking with #pocolo

Wait a couple of weeks until you visit Claire. I went to London last week and it’s only just gearing up for Christmas. Selfridges windows were very disappointing this year too xx
