Back Out Running: Week 4: Running Is Nothing More Than…

Happy Sunday evening. Just got in from work and guess what? No time to run as my Husband had got my dinner ready for me. I know I should have gone before work but a lay in was calling.

Running Is Nothing More Than:

Well it has certainly felt like that, this week!!

Back Out Running: Week 4: Running Is Nothing More Than
The Goal:

To fit into this beautiful red dress again without looking like a sack of potatoes all squashed together.

Believe me, you do not want to see a photo of me trying to squeeze into this dress at the minute and all out of breath and stressed when I’m in it!! Ha, ha!

Back Out Running: Week 4: Running Is Nothing More Than:

About now my body gets tired and my brain is telling me to stop running and eat cake!!

I am trying to push beyond these thoughts.

It has defiantly been a battle to get myself out running this week.

I have had my off days and made myself go out and walk these.

Hopefully I will be back on it next week.

Life does sometimes get in the way and work gets in the way too. It was a lot easier to get out and run when I was on holiday from work.

Monday:

3 miles run with Mollie. Morning runs are my favourite when you get up, get dressed and get out the door before your brain says, no don’t go out running, eat lots of breakfast!!

Tuesday:

3 miles run with Mollie. It is so hard to run at the minute as I need to go and buy some larger leggings after I found out that my old 2 sizes too small ones were causing my stomach pains ( you can read last weeks post here: Back Out Running: Week Three). Keep On Running and running in heavy joggers just makes running harder. All I need is for my running to feel any harder at the minute!

Wednesday:

3 miles walk around the woods with Mollie. Love walking around the woods with my dog. Gives me lots of ideas to write about.

Thursday:

2 miles run with Mollie.

Friday:

3 miles run with Mollie.

Found a nice little spot in the woods a few days ago where someone had mad a tee pee kind of den out of all the fallen branches and sticks. Kept thinking it would make a nice outfit post or selfie here with Mollie here but today I notice that a really big tree had fallen right into the middle of it and smashed it up. Glad I didn’t pop back yesterday to take photos here!!

Saturday:

3 miles jog/walk. Tried to run but felt to tired in my jogging suit so walked run. Really need to get to the shops for new running clothes!!

Sunday:

No I can not be bothered to go for a run before work. Sundays are lazy days, aren’t they!? Then after work dinner was made so I called it a week and will be up and out early tomorrow. Well hopefully as the children are off school, so who knows!!

      Aww, thank Heather 🙂 Sometime is is so hard to get out but I keep trying 🙂
