Get Spooky With Genius.

It’s close to midnight
Something evil’s lurking from the dark
Under the moonlight
You see a sight that almost stops your heart
You try to scream
But terror takes the sound before you make it
You start to freeze
As horror looks you right between your eyes
You’re paralyzed- Thriller lyrics!

Ingredients:

Makes 8 Cupcakes:

  • 4 Genius Chocolate Muffins, halved (2 packs)
  • 4 marshmallows, halved
  • 8 tbsp. strawberry jam
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 100g icing sugar, sieved
  • 30ml water, boiled

Method:

  1. Cut the Genius Chocolate Muffins in half
  2. Create the icing by combining icing sugar and boiled water
  3. Ice the cupcakes before decorating with a halved marshmallow and a blueberry on top to create a ghoulish eye
  4. Finish by drizzling strawberry jam on top of the marshmallow and icing to add a little fear factor to your creepy creations!
