As we are a family of runner’s we are all big fans of innocent smoothies as a way of getting our extra vitamin’s in quick.
I jumped at the chance of letting my family trying the new innocent fruit juices. It is a brand we already but so I knew my children would love them.
Orange smooth and Apple.

Good To know About Innocent Orange Juice:
Never ever from concentrate and never sweetened.
11 hand-picked juicy oranges squeezed into a 900ml carafe and nothing else.
The carafe can be recycled and is made from 25% recycled material.
They give 10% of money to people who need it.
And only 43kcal per 100ml.

With not being sweetened and never being concentrated
this is a good healthy way to get part of your 5 a day in…
