Perfect for kids at Christmas time. This cranberry mocktail is fun for all the family topped with a floating Rudolph.

How To Make Rudolph’s Cranberry Mocktail:

Makes: 4

Prep time: 15 mins

What You Will Need:

For The Cranberry Syrup:

300g cranberries

100ml water

100g sugar

For The Decoration:

Rosemary sprigs

Marshmallows

Cloves

Cocktail sticks

Cranberries

For The Drink:

Elderflower presse

Rudolph's Cranberry Mocktail

How To Make Rudolph’s Cranberry Mocktail:

1.) Heat the cranberries, water and sugar over low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

2.) Remove from heat and allow to cool.

3.) Once cool strain the syrup through a sieve.

4.) Prepare the Rudolph heads Insert two cloves as eyes.

5.) Two rosemary sprig as antlers.

6.) Use half a cocktail stick to fix a cranberry nose.

7.) Add two tablespoons of syrup, extra crushed rosemary and ice in each glass.

8.) Place Rudolph in glass to decorate.
