Kale And Fruit Smoothie Recipe To Try Out Today. Hello friends, so do you like to make up tasty smoothies?

Do you also like to add vegetables to them?

Today I am also sharing a go-to smoothie that I am loving at the minute:

Kale And Fruit Smoothie. This smoothie has got Strawberries, banana, kale and peanut butter in it and is all mixed together with your favourite choice of milk. Yum Yum!!

Kale, Strawberry And Banana Smoothie:

Serves 2

Ingredients:

2 banana, sliced

2 Handfuls of chopped curly kale

8 Strawberries

2 Teaspoon of peanut butter

200ml Semi-skimmed milk

Kale And Fruit Smoothie Method:

Firstly, slice your bananas, wash and cut up all the strawberries, wash kale and if any big stalks on remove them.

Secondly, place all ingredients in a smoothie maker or blender. Add peanut butter and milk of your choice. Mix together until nice and smooth.

Last but not least, drink straight away.

So yummy!!

    I don't care for Kale. Would spinach work as well for this recipe?

      Hi Suzy, yes that is my favourite. I make this recipe mostly with spinach and it tastes great 🙂 Just swap the kale for a handful of spinach..
