 BerryWorld Blueberry Buzz Smoothie To Make. Hello friends, so how are you today?

 We love making smoothies here. I make them up for myself most mornings for breakfast or an after the gym treat or as an after-school treat for the youngest two children.

My older boys like making them too at Uni. They both have their own smoothie makers.

Today I am sharing this tasty Berry World Blueberry Buzz Smoothie.

These colourful fruit drinks are quick, healthy, and delicious and make the perfect breakfast or pick-me-up at any time of the day.

We love making smoothies with blueberries, it is one of our favourite ingredients. Also, their taste is great and turn the milk a lovely lilac colour.

I love to have mine in a morning but if I forget I have one after the gym, lunch or after tea as a treat.

BerryWorld Blueberry Buzz Smoothie:

Each Serve: 1

Prep time: 5 mins

You’ll Need: Blueberry Buzz Smoothie:

125g blueberries

Juice of 1 orange and 1 lime

 Sugar to taste

 6 tbsp natural yogurt

What To Do:

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth, adding more sugar or honey to taste. 

Serve with ice. 

Drink immediately.

    These are my summertime mainstays.I bought a vitamix which works great even though it's terribly pricy. It goes through ice like nothing. Your post makes me ready to start again.
