Hello friends, Happy Friday. So how was your week? I have had a bad week as I have had a trapped nerve in my neck. Thankfully it went yesterday as I had an hair appointment. So I didn’t have to cancel.

I am on a mission to get fit before I turn 50. Oh no, that is in one week, impossible, now. So it looks I’m on a mission to get fit for summer now. The beach is calling!

It took me a while to start focusing on either myself or the husband being poorly.

Fitness goals got put to the back of my mind. But now I am focused. Hopefully, I can start back tomorrow.
