London Hearts, Polka Dot Dress And My Over 40 Style. Hello friends. Happy Tuesday.
London Hearts – Jimmy C – Borough Market, London – Street Art.

London Hearts, Polka Dot Dress And My Over 40 Style:
I love finding street art on my travels and I love to find out the stories behind them. So whenever I find cool street art, I research it on-line when I get home. I found out that street artist Jimmy C creates railway arch mural in memory of London Bridge terror attacks. Such a beautiful and moving tribute.
The work shows a series of hearts floating in space and is painted under one of Network Rail’s arches on Stoney Street, in Southwark. You can read more about it here: Street artist Jimmy C creates railway arch mural in memory of London Bridge terror attacks.

I love this wall and it did make me think of spreading love instead of hate before I knew the story behind it. You can read my Instagram Post Here: Thursday Thoughts.
Is it really that hard to be nice to people? I always try to be kind and treat people how I would like to be treated. People can be mean and unkind. Is it really that hard to smile or say hello back to people that speak to you.

Isn’t this street art so beautiful?

London Hearts mural to remember the victims of the Borough Market attack by JimmyC. This beautiful mural is a piece by James Cochran (Jimmy C). He created this as a tribute to the victims of the terror attack on Borough Market in 2017.
The London Bridge mural is in memory of the 8 people killed in the Borough Market/London Bridge terror attack in 2017.
Next time I visit I will know the story behind this beautiful piece of art.

Claire, I love this fun wall and your adorable dotty outfit and your wonderful message of spreading kindness. I often wonder the same thing as you…is it really that difficult to be kind to others? I don’t find it that challenging! Thanks for sharing your positive message and linking with me!

Love your polka dots, Justine! Nice to know the story behind the mural, too. I’d LOVE to be able to go to London for an overnight. When I lived in Cambridgeshire, I’d go down for a long day every couple of months, finishing up with a West End show. Miss those days…
