The Nopal Smoothie

  • 500 ml True Nopal
  • 1/3 fresh pineapple, peeled
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 lime
  • Handful of Spinach (Optional)
Pineapple

How To Make:

  1. Peel and chop your banana, pineapple and avocado add to the smoothie bottle.
  2. Pop your True Nopal cactus water inside and squeezed lime juice.
  3. Add a big handful of washed spinach.
  4. Smooth together until all fruit has blitz into small pieces.
  5. Sever straight away. YUMMY!!

The Nopal Smoothie. I made up my smoothie but mine was minus the avocado. Mine got crushed in transit so I went to the shop to buy another.

When I was cutting it I realised it was a ripen at home one! Doh!! It took me ages to cut it in half and then I couldn’t remove the stone or skin.

Grrr… No worries though, it tasted great without the avocado in. I cannot wait to pick one up next week though I am sure it will be delicious.

So what do you think? Do you fancy trying the recipe out? With or without the avocado, ha!!

Tasty, very tasty.

It tasted great. I also made one up for my Teenage Son and asked him what he thought of it. “It tastes pretty great to be fair” Was his reply! A big thumbs up from us then!!
