Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 150g 2 % fat Greek yogurt
- 100mls semi skimmed milk
- 2 Zespri® SunGold kiwifruit, peeled
- 2 strawberries, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
How To Make:
- Place the yogurt, milk and 1 Zespri® SunGold kiwifruit in ablender and process until smooth.
- Transfer the yogurt into a bowl.
- Decorate the bowl with the second Zespri® SunGold kiwifruit, strawberries and pistachio and serve,
Per serving: 300kcal, 12g fat, 4g saturated fat, 23g protein, 4g fibre, 23g carbohydrate, 23g, sugar, 0.3g salt
