You know you are my favourite season right!? I hate being cold or wet or both in autumn/winter!

Goodbye Summer, Hello Autumn: Embracing Cosy Days Ahead. As the long, sun-soaked days of summer slowly fade, there’s a certain magic in the air.

We were totally spoilt this year and now as I type this post up the wind is fierce and the rain is fast.

The crispness of the breeze, the golden hues of the leaves, and the unmistakable charm of autumn make this transition one of my 2nd favourite times of the year.

Autumn has now arrived. It is time to pack the white jeans and sandals away and pull out the cardigans, jumpers and boots.

Time to start layering up and keep warm and cosy. Thanks for being so wonderful Summer. Until we meet again!!

Goodbye, Summer Sun! While I’ll miss the beach days, BBQs, and endless daylight, there’s something so refreshing about the shift from summer to autumn. I will also miss days off with the children and lots of laughter.

The memories of spontaneous summer holidays, the scent of coconut sunscreen, and evenings that seemed to last forever will always have a special place in my heart.

I hope we don’t get extreme weather conditions in Autumn as we did in Summer with the heatwaves.

(4 pairs of my trainers are already soaked this week from walking Mollie from the storms!!).
