3 In 30 And Fitness Friday

3 In 30 And Fitness Friday: For July 15th 2011 Training. Hello fitness friends. So how are you today? Want to know what exercise I have been doing this week? For my challenge this month. The 30 in 3 challenge.

3 In 30 Challenge

3 In 30 And Fitness Friday: For July 15th 2011 Training:

What does the 30-day challenge do? It encourages you to pick 3 goals for the month and stick to them. A motivational challenge. 30 days of motivation. My 3 In 30 challenge and a fitness Friday post anyone? Here is how I’ve been getting on:

Firstly, Run At Least A Mile Everyday. Wow it’s been a hard week and I have blisters to prove it. Manage to get out this week with my friends who are so good at keeping me motivated and they waits for me! It has been a great week but tiring as my mileage has improve too.

  • Saturday 7 miles
  • Sunday   2 miles
  • Monday  6 miles
  • Tuesday  4 miles
  • Wednesday 8 miles
  • Thursday   7 miles
  • Friday  2 miles

Secondly, Exercise DVDs, Been tough fitting them in again but managed some Zumba as I’m doing a review on the Zumba Fitness DVD. Making my you tube video for this has been so much fun and I have had a real good laugh at myself in fact this review is my next post out so please pop back and have a laugh at my video too. Wednesday – Zumba DVD. Friday – Zumba DVD.

Thirdly, Lose Some Weight. I have been good running on empty every morning but I had to weigh myself every day for my Zumba challenge and I only lost 2 lb it is hard trying to lose weight when running makes me eat more.

Secondly, California Walnut Power Balls: Healthier Treats. Also a great way to add more protein to your diet and perfect after a gym workout. These power balls have just 4 healthy ingredients and only take about 10 minutes to make. So easy to make too. Thirdly, Top Fitness Tips For The Winter: Keep On Running. Firstly, we all feel the need to hibernate a little over the winter months. Going for a run in the dark can feel less interesting. Even less safe than doing so in the warm evening sun. Top Fitness Tips For The Winter.

BerryWorld Strawberry Mousse: Afternoon Tea Treat:

Fourthly, BerryWorld Strawberry Mousse: Afternoon Tea Treat. Whip up this light mousse in a flash and store it in the fridge until ready to eat. It’s easy to make ahead of time and offers a healthier but delicious alternative to ice-cream. BerryWorld Strawberry Mousse: Afternoon Tea Treat. So yummy.

Fifth, Diet & Fitness Mondays: Plus Motivation Quotes. After a few hard week’s training I had a nice easy week this week as I’ve built my mileage back up and done a few races over the last two weeks. Diet & Fitness Mondays: Plus Motivation Quotes.

I had a great week following my training plan, running and P90X! I"m amazed with all the running and working out that my weight stays the same. It would probably be more accurate to describe my week as run, workout and eat :)Thank you for linking up with FF!
