A new Guinness Record For Brit Mums: Most People Wrapped As Mummies

A new Guinness Record For Brit Mums: Most People Wrapped As Mummies. Hello friends, so how are you today?

What an unforgettable week. Not all in a good way though. Some highs and some lows.

Monday I became really ill. Tuesday I could not walk too well as I was so weak and poorly.

Wednesday I checked myself into A & E, spent the whole day there, and came out with a big bag of tablets.

Thursday I started looking after my new puppy, which my husband treated me to as he knew I have wanted one ages. Yeah waking up 4 times a night!! Great timing right!?!

A new Guinness Record For Brit Mums: Most People Wrapped As Mummies:

Friday I help Brit Mums achieve a Guinness world record by helping wrap blogger and author Deliciously Ella in toilet rolls to attempt to wrap the most mummies in a room. Which they won with 51! ( Remember I won tickets to the event from Bella Bathrooms ?)

I only got to spend a few hours at Brit Mums Live, which was amazing. Being so ill in the week left me with no time to book a hotel, make any plans, or gain much strength back.

It took me over 3 hours to get there by 2 trains and I was so tired and weak when I did get to the event.

I love every minute of my time here. The lovely Victoria from Vevivos and Steph from Stephs Two Girls took me straight under their wings so I was not on my own. I also got a chance to meet Nadine from Jugglemum which was like catching up with an old friend. Even though we had never met before, (she is so lovely!!).

So I am so sorry I never got to say goodbye and thank you to these lovelies as I was feeling so emotional having to leave early to travel the 3 hours back. I wanted to go back down on Saturday but I was so worn out with everything.

Also, I wish this weekend could have gone better for me. I missed out on so much. AND no free wine for me too, grr being on strong medication sucks!!

Looking Out On What I Had Missed:

Saturday I spent some time looking on Instagram for what I was missing, fun, food, the information I was hoping for also, no Guinness world record medal and what looked like a great goodie bag by the looks of things..

After sulking I missed so much I am now thinking of going next year instead!! I could imaging spending the weekend would be amazing!!

I will remember this week forever!!

Linking up with One Dad 3 Girls who I would have loved to gone on the Instagram walk with.

Boo! I am so sorry that you were ill, bad timing. It sounds like the time that you did have at BritMums was fun, if not exhausting! Hope that you feel better, and that next year goes much smoother!

A great mummy photo. I was one of the mummies so missed out on any photos. Was a shame not to meet you, but hopefully next year when you have recovered. Get well soon, and at least you can have puppy cuddles! #mysundayphoto
