Happy Monday lovelies.
I hope you have all had a lovely weekend?
I am so pleased you have stopped by to join us for this week’s Creative Mondays Link Up.
Grab a drink and link up you’re creative/crafty/stylish posts and have fun finding amazing, inspiring and creative posts at this week’s party.
I am sorry but no features this week as I have run out of time again with my new work/family life schedule.
Over the weekend I have been in bad pain with my neck. I really must start taking my health more seriously!
Not only have I been doing more lifting with my work, overstretching taking bedding off, washing it and putting it back on the beds all weekend.
Yesterday I was in agony trying to get out of bed.
I have done something to my neck like a trapped nerve, draft in it or overstretched it and it really hurts. It took me ages to get out of bed with the pain in my neck.
I was really worried I had done some serious damage, without knowing at the time what I’ve done.
On Friday I walked upstairs and pulled a leg muscle, Saturday hurt my side of my foot without knowing until the pain started to show.
Then Sunday I hurt my neck badly. I feel like I am ready to start falling apart anytime.
I really need to start getting back out there exercising and eating more healthily, methinks!!
What has got you creative this week?

Hi Claire,
I do hope you feel better. I have had neck pain and shoulder pain.. my stress tends to go there. Have you ever tried dry needling on deep tissue massage? It can certainly help those areas of pain. Do take care.

Thanks Jess, I think I do get a lot of stress here too. I’ve not heard of this before, I will look into it, thank you 🙂
I hope that you feel better soon. Heat pads work. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful Monday.

The answer is always ice cream! Always makes me feel better, hehe. Epsom salt in warm water on a washcloth is also really good for muscle pains (like the neck). Good better soon!

Get well soon! My friend had a similar issue and her’s turned out to be Sciatica so if it doesn’t improve it would be worth getting it checked. Take care of yourself in the meantime.

Oh no Claire! I hope today is a better day for you in terms of your aches and pains. Hopefully you are off today to get some much needed R & R. Our weekend was nice. It was busy since we were visiting with family over the weekend for my Grandma’s 93rd birthday. It was a nice change of pace and as always a great break from the internet! Lol Happy Monday!

Oh no Claire! I often get a pulled neck or shoulder – the side affect of using a laptop on the sofa for too many hours! Use the hot/cold pads – they really help me. Hope you recover soon xx Maria
