Flared Jeans With Stripy Tank Top And Platform Boots

Flared Jeans With Stripy Tank Top And Platform Boots. The 70’s inspired outfit of the day. Night Fever, Night Fever. We know how to do it.

Thank Crunchy It’s Friday.

Happy Friday, friends. It’s my weekend off work after a 4-hour shift today so a big smile on my face. Both my eldest 2 sons are coming home this weekend to see us too so it worked out perfectly.

I am hoping to go out and find some Christmas markets this weekend too. So lots of fun plans to be made. Are you planning a busy weekend too or are you having a super chilled one?

I’ve been looking around for ages for some new jeans that fit nicely as I’m trying to get away from too baggy or too skinny jeans.

I had seen these flairs in Sainsbury’s but was wondering if I’m a little too old for this style now. I didn’t wear them in the 70’s but did in the 90’s when The Spice Girls were popular.

After looking around Meadowhall for hours and seeing so many different pairs of jeans and some really expensive ones it convinced me to try these.

I brought 2 pairs. One pair is dark blue and one a lighter blue and love them. They were only £20 for one pair and £18 for another.

Such a bargain and great quality too.

So, I teamed them up with this fun 70s style tank top I got from Primark that I picked up from Meadowhall a few weeks ago to complete the 70s look.

I didn’t have a blouse, do guess what I did? So I got a scarf that I have from my shop, threaded it through the back of my tank and tied it at the bottoms. I love this idea and now going to try it on other things.

Thirdly, What I Wore: Jeans And Posh Coat For A Walk In The Park.

Last week I cleared 3 big bags of clothes out. Things I no longer wear or have not worn in years. All gone to the charity collection. Before I could change my mind and put them back away again.

Nice to make room for my Spring wardrobe clothing. Going through clothes I have packed away last year and forgotten about is a bit like getting new clothes with the expense of shopping. Jeans And Posh Coat For A Walk In The Park.
