Fun In The Forest: Sherwood Forest Fun And Laughter

Fun In The Forest: Sherwood Forest Fun And Laughter. Hello friends, happy Saturday. So how are you today?

Whenever we have gone out as a family over the last few days to the park or anywhere outdoors. I have always forgotten my phone.

Fun In The Forest: Sherwood Forest Fun And Laughter:

Grrr. 2 kids and a dog leaves me no free hands for my phone. Also each time we have gone out it has been either dull and cold or raining! Leaving me not capturing any of our outside fun!!

Not to worry though, I have just found some fun pictures on my phone from Sherwood Forest. We visited a few weeks ago and had a great time. So much fun…

My Sunday Photo: In The Forest. Firstly, My Sunday photo was taken in Sherwood Forest. I loved this shot and when I got home Google had kindly enchanted a new copy for me! My Sunday Photo: In The Forest.

Sherwood Forest: Country Kids. Secondly, we have had a fun packed week as the kids and even hubby were off school and work for half term holidays. Double busy, even when the weather was not great. The best day of the week was Monday, we tried to make the most of it. Sherwood Forest: Country Kids.

A Walk In Sherwood Forest: Fashion For Women Over 40. Thirdly, one day last week we spent the afternoon walking around Sherwood Forest. The children were off school for half term, so keeping them occupied was obviously a top priority. The sun was shining brightly, with a slight Autumn chill in the air. A great time to wear my new jeans and Poncho from Sainsbury’s then!

There is something kind of special about walking through the woods, on nice Autumn days. Clear skies, fresh air, kicking the fallen leaves. With the children running around happily and the dog being on best behaviour. Perfect! We all had a great time here, doing so much exploring. Nature is still free!! A Walk In Sherwood Forest: Fashion For Women Over 40. Such a beautiful day.

Alice In Wonderland Moment In Sherwood Forest:

Alice In Wonderland Moment In Sherwood Forest. Fourthly, so what have you been taking pictures of this week? We would love you to share your pictures with us today. Me, I’ve been taking a photo of a cut-down tree!! How fun!? How cool is this tree!? This tree picture was taken in Sherwood Forest. there were lots of these little houses in here. They are so sweet.

I would love to make something similar for my garden. A fairy land idea springs to mind. Here I am having an Alice in wonderland moment!! I need to find the bottle marked ‘Drink Me’ to fit inside. Alice In Wonderland Moment In Sherwood Forest. So many fun memories.

A Walk Around Sherwood Forest: Land Of Robin Hood. Yesterday it was such a beautiful day. The sun was shining, sky was blue and doesn’t the warmer weather make you feel better? I have been ill all week with a horrible cough, maybe brought on with the weather turning cold again.

Today I am sharing some photos from ‘A Walk Around Sherwood Forest’ with you. These photos were taken before the snow arrived. A Walk Around Sherwood Forest: Land Of Robin Hood:
We took a lovely family walk around Sherwood forest in Nottinghamshire. A selfie with The Major Oak anyone? Bless, he is looking old now! Have you ever been to Sherwood Forest before? A Walk Around Sherwood Forest: Land Of Robin Hood. So lovely here.

The Major Oak In Nottingham & Fashion Over 40:

The Major Oak In Sherwood Forest & Fashion Over 40. It has been my 2 weeks summer holidays off work but we have not been too far from home. I can not believe we have not even been to the beach this summer or had a holiday.

Here I am having fun in the woods and dancing if you want to have a look!? No mask. No social distancing = #partytime I Promise Myself. So funny.

I am craving a day at the seaside!! Hopefully, thing’s will back to normal for next summer and visiting the beach will be extra special by then. The photo below: Me dreaming of being a kid and going over close to the Major Oak. It is getting so old now, you are not allowed near it. The Major Oak In Sherwood Forest & Fashion Over 40. It looks like you all had a great time exploring Sherwood Forest together, the photos are so fun! I love the gif at the end, although it's slightly disturbing when one second you're you and then you're your husband. The kids look like they're having fun posing though! Thanks for linking up with me on Country Kids.
