Packed full yummy blueberries, strawberries, a peach, orange and prune juice and topped up with nice cold ice cubes!! What’s not to love?

This Super Summer Smoothie is the ideal partner for any activity, whether you’re hiking, relaxing by the pool, or just searching for a tasty way to improve your nutrition.

It’s a delightfully nutritious treat that tastes great and is full of fresh fruits, California Prune juice with a hint of mint on top if you prefer.

How to get 5 a day in a smoothie? follow the recipe below.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

200g soft fruit, I Use:

  • Small handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Small handful of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 peach, stoned
  • 100g natural yoghurt
  • 1 whole peeled seedless orange
  • 80ml California Prune juice
  • 100ml water
  •  Ice to top up the glasses

Now let’s get combining and get into the recipe:

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and whizz until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and add ice to top them up.
  3. Last but not least, enjoy.
