This Super Summer Smoothie is the ideal partner for any activity, whether you’re hiking, relaxing by the pool, or just searching for a tasty way to improve your nutrition.
It’s a delightfully nutritious treat that tastes great and is full of fresh fruits, California Prune juice with a hint of mint on top if you prefer.
How to get 5 a day in a smoothie? follow the recipe below.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
200g soft fruit, I Use:
- Small handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- Small handful of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 peach, stoned
- 100g natural yoghurt
- 1 whole peeled seedless orange
- 80ml California Prune juice
- 100ml water
- Ice to top up the glasses

Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender, and whizz until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and add ice to top them up.
- Last but not least, enjoy.
