Gluten Free Oaty Cookies (Dairy + Gluten-Free). Hello friends. Happy Monday. Are you on a gluten-free diet or know someone who is? If so I have a biscuit recipe for you today.
Why go without your favourite treats when you can make gluten-free ones that still taste just as nice? Oaty Cookies. Yum. Yum. These cookies are (Dairy + Gluten-Free). They’re totally, ridiculously moreish.

How To Make Gluten Free Oaty Cookies:
Serves: 10 cookies Prep Time: 15 mins
Cooking Time: 16-18 mins
What You Need:
- 1 x 200g Delicious Alchemy oaty cookie mix
- 30ml water
- 75g unsalted butter or dairy free alternative
What You Do:
- Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan. Line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper. Pour the cookie mix into a bowl. In a pan, melt together the butter (or dairy free alternative) and water. Once melted, add to the cookie mix and mix well with a spatula.
- Step 2. Divide the mixture into 10 pieces, rolling each one into a ball using the palm of your hands. Place onto the lined baking tray and press down until each cookie is round in shape and 5mm thick. Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden.
- Step 3. Leave to cool for 2 minutes on the tray before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
