Hello friends.

How To Make Delamere Spiced Easter Biscuits:

How To Make Delamere Spiced Easter Biscuits.

So are you looking for some Easter treats? We love making and baking yummy biscuits and cookies here. Last week we make a cookie jar full of decorated biscuits.

My Daughter really enjoyed making them and keeps asking “when can we make some more!?” She enjoyed decorating the biscuits the most.

The dough is typically made with flour, butter, sugar, and eggs, with currants or raisins often added for bursts of sweetness.

Once prepared, it is rolled out and cut using animal-shaped cutters, bunnies, chicks, lambs, and ducks are especially popular during Easter.

This playful step makes the recipe ideal for baking with children or for adding a decorative touch to festive gatherings.

So how much fun are these Easter biscuits? Today I am sharing these fun biscuits, perfect for trying out now and making for Easter.

You will also need some Easter themed cookie cutters. Maybe rabbits, eggs, ducks, lambs or Spring flowers.

Also, a few different flavoured icing sugars to complete the look when the biscuits have cooled. Who can resist a pink icing-covered Easter bunny biscuit?
