We love to visit Bakewell when we can and it is especially pretty in summer when the flowers are in full bloom. So today I am sharing some photos from a few years ago in summer when the flowers were at their best.

Bakewell: A Town in England. Bakewell is a market town and civil parish in the Derbyshire Dales district of Derbyshire, England, known also for its local Bakewell pudding. It lies on the River Wye, about 13 miles south-west of Sheffield.

We did get to visit last week for the first time this year. Now lock-down rules are starting to lift. Keep your eyes out for the post next week when I get chance to write one up 🙂
