Are you enjoying this beautiful weather? We are. It was like being on holiday when we came out of the swimming bath last night, smelling of chlorine and suntan lotion makes me want to go away.
No need to go abroad, when the weather is this good. It was so hot a 6pm too. Loving the sunshine. It helps you take much better photos too!!

Nestled in the heart of Nottingham, England, is a destination that seamlessly blends history, legend, and the charm of they years that have passed is a pub called Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem.
A pub that is always on the list of places to visit when we get a day out together.
So much history here, we never like to miss a visit for a photo opp.

So I am sharing some photos to share that I took in Nottingham on a day out with my husband. Nice and early so no one got in our photos!!
Ye Old Trip To Jerusalem is just down the hill from Nottingham Castle.
You can see Nottingham Castle from the train lines as you arrive in Nottingham as it is up the hill. The children always used to like to spot it as we arrived into Nottingham.

It was a real shame on this day, we were here early as it would have been lovely to go inside and have a drink. But I know we will next time. When we have more free time.

Apparently it has a resident ghosts inside. Makes me want to go and visit all the more.

Firstly, the star of the post, a Cherry Swing Afternoon Tea Dress. I brought mine, years ago off Amazon but the still sell the same style and similar cherry dresses.
Secondly, Black Flat Shoes With Strap. Loved these shoes and wore them over and over. Sadly they fell to bits after years of being worn.
