9 Summer Outfits I Wore In August: Over 40 Style. Hello friends. Another month went by so quickly! Autumn is on its way.

August outfits were all about heatwaves and hot weather. I have forgotten what those days felt like now!

Today I am sharing 9 Summer Outfits I Wore In August:

Short, Shorts:

When I reached 40, five years ago I gave up short, shorts.

Five years, 2 dress sizes higher later I have purchased some more with the heatwave.

I can not believe how much I loved wearing them.

Looks like I will have to wait until next year to wear them again now.

Strippy Jumpsuit:

My Daughter loves llamas. She is llama crazy. Everything she sees with llamas on, she wants. She even wants on as a pet!!

You could say she is llama mad. I always call her a drama llama.

So we went looking for llamas and we found some!

Popping on my best dress and taking a little break away from blogging.

Off White Jumpsuit:

I treated myself to this lovely off-white jumpsuit for my holiday.

I am not sure how much wear I will get out of it the rest of the year though.

My Husband and I had a rare afternoon out on our own Nottingham.

A few drinks and lots of food were lovely.

Here is me in my beach clothes a few weeks ago on holiday in Butlins in Skegness.

I actually brought this dress a few years ago to save for a holiday abroad (which we have not got around to yet) but the weather was so nice when we went away, I took it with us.

Love this Royal blue dress and it has had plenty of wear over the years!

I wore this outfit when I was looking for Robins on the #hoodwinked2018 trails.

Orange You Glad To See Me:

Love this orange dress I wore in Bakewell too.

I wore this outfit on a Back To School shopping trip.

Shopping is not too fun when your not buying something for yourself, ha!
