Happy Valentines Day. Any fun plans for today? Going out or staying in?
We are staying in tonight like we do most Valentine’s Day and having a nice meal together later.
Over the last few weeks, I have been working closely with Caorunn Gin over on their website to create some delicious recipes.
The main ingredient being their tasty handcrafted premium Scottish gin.
Delicious.
So today I am sharing a few of the photos of the recipes I created for them:

Hands up who like a nice sweet treat!? Both my hands are in the air. I am always a fan of desserts.
First up I made a recipe for Burns night. You can find my Fruit Shortbread Caramel Trifles Recipe here: Burns Night with a Twist. These tasted delicious, even if I do say so myself!
Scottish shortbread base, Caorunn soaked fruit, whipped cream layered up and topped with a biscuit.
Then a Valentines Day recipe.
Love is in the air, it will be with this treat.
You can find my Gin, Strawberries, Cookie & Cream Upside down Cheesecake Recipe here: Say it with flavour this Valentine’s Day. So yummy.

Thanks for the lovely comment 🙂
We're not going out but not really celebrating in either as my husband now has the flu that my boys were all battling last week. I'm sure we'll celebrate at some point later in the month when we're all nice and healthy.
