This sophisticated drink combines the smooth, rich flavours of aged rum with the sweet, fruity essence of the Rocks Mango and Orange Drink.

Firstly, A Cocktail Shaker*. Consists of a metal tin and a mixing glass.
Secondly, A Jigger. Used for measuring spirits and mixers. Jigger*.
Thirdly, A Muddler*. A tool used to mash fruits, herbs, and spices to release their flavours.
Fourthly, A Ice Bucket And Tongs. For storing and handling ice. Ice Bucket*.
Fifth, Highball Glasses*. For tall, mixed drinks like Mojitos.
Sixth, Old Fashioned Glasses. For short, and mixed drinks.
Seventh, Stock up On Spirits Like Vodka*, Gin, Rum, Tequila, And Whiskey.
Devonshire Daiquiri Cocktail For Afternoon Tea:
Joe Wadsack’s Devonshire Daiquiri:
Serves: 1 large drink or 2 small ones
Preparation time: 10 mins
What You Need:
- Thumb size piece of root ginger
- 4 basil leaves
- 1 lime
- 60ml golden rum
- 100ml Rocks Mango and Orange Drink
- Handful of ice cubes
- 1 tsp caster sugar (optional)
What You Do:
Method:
1.) Firstly, in a cocktail shaker add a slice of root ginger, four basil leaves, the juice of half a lime, 60ml of golden rum, 100ml of Rocks Mango and Orange Drink and a handful of ice cubes. If you have a sweet tooth, a level spoon of caster sugar might be required.
2.) Shake vigorously then strain into a martini glass or similar through a tea strainer so as not to leave any pieces of basil or ice crystals in the drink.
3.) Garnish with one basil leaf wedged between two discs of ginger stuck on the sides of the glass to make it look even snazzier.
Last but not least, enjoy.
