Maybe because it is still keeps going warm and then cool around here and they keep you warm when it’s not that sunny as they cover your legs. If you know what I mean?

As a maxi dress enthusiast, I am always on the lookout for the perfect blend of comfort, style, and versatility. This year has been especially rewarding in my quest, with some stunning additions to my wardrobe.

First on the list is a beachy bright gingham maxi dress. With a gingham pattern and big sleeves, perfect for summer festivals.

Next, a sleek, the long sleeved flowered maxi, ideal for elegant evening events, combines simplicity with sophistication.

Third, a beautiful polka dot dress. The OMGosh You Got It For Me From The Charity Shop When I Was Not There For How Much! With its bold colour and lightweight fabric, has been my go-to for beach outings.

The fourth favourite is a timeless, the floral fantasy. Another Joules maxi dress that exudes romantic charm, making it perfect for garden parties.

Fifth, a chic, classic blue and white polka dot maxi dress, that adds a touch of glamour to any occasion.

Lastly, a leafy green maxi dress that has been my staple for everyday wear, offering comfort without compromising on style.

Firstly, The Beachy Bright Gingham Maxi Dress: From Tu Clothing at Sainsbury’s. I brought this beautiful dress a few weeks ago before my holiday to Gran Canarias.

Colour/Pattern: Bright Pink Gingham.

Why I Love It: This dress is perfect for beach holidays or poolside lounging. It is a great holiday grab and run dress. The bright pink gingham pattern instantly transports me to a tropical paradise. Somewhere nice and warm. Perfect for my holidays.

The lightweight, breezy fabric keeps me cool and comfortable and the bright colour needs to be worn in bright sunshine.

Styling Tips: Pair with a wide-brimmed sun hat, oversized sunglasses, and flip-flops for a laid-back beach look. Or pop a nice pair of sandals on for an evening look.

Colour/Pattern: Cream with lots of red, pink and green flowers on it.

Why I Love It: This dress is perfect for everyday wear. It look amazing on and feels nice and floaty. The neutral colour add a chic touch and such a fun flowery print.

It’s a very comfortable and versatile piece that I can wear while running errands or meeting friends or family for coffee.

Styling Tips: Keep it casual with white trainers and a nice cream crossbody bag. For a slightly dressier look, switch to wedges and add a statement belt. The perfect all around dress!!

Colour/Pattern: Rich Red-y, Burgundy, Brown!

Why I Love It: This maxi dress is my go-to for any day. The rich burgundy colour exudes sophistication, and the flowing silhouette adds a touch of glamour.

The subtle yet elegant design makes it a standout piece for any evening affair. Love everything about this dress! Especially as my mum and daughter found it for me when I was out of the country!

Styling Tips: Complement with gold accessories and a pair of strappy heels. A sleek clutch and a bold red lip will elevate the elegance. Love love love wearing this with trainers for a very posh casual look.

Colour/Pattern: Grey with pink and peach flowers. Soft Pastel Florals, love it!

Why I Love It: This dress is the epitome of springtime elegance. The delicate floral pattern on a light grey background. This has light airy fabric and it makes it perfect for garden parties and brunches outfit. The fit is flattering yet floaty and comfortable. With a cinched waist and flowing skirt that moves beautifully with every step.

Styling Tips: Pair it with a straw hat and espadrilles for a complete garden look, or dress it up with nude heels and a clutch for an evening out. Here I wore it with pink trainers for lots of walking around London.

Colour/Pattern: Navy blue with white polka dots.

Why I Love It: I love the style and the larger polka dots on this dress. Every wardrobe needs a classic navy blue maxi dress, and this one from the charity shop hits all the right notes. It’s sleek, versatile, and effortlessly elegant. The minimalist design allows it to be dressed up or down for any occasion.

Amongst today’s bargains, I found some denim combats, just like some I was going to buy from the shop last week, for just 50p.

Eek, they are in the washing machine now as I type, so hopefully I can style them over the weekend. Also a beautiful polka dot dress and short jumpsuit for £1.00 each. So made up with my bargains.

It’s perfect for music festivals or a casual day out exploring new places. I took it too New York with me and loved wearing it Manhattan.

Styling Tips: Layer with a denim jacket and ankle boots for a chic boho look, or keep it simple with gladiator sandals and layered necklaces. Opt for trainer and socks for lots of walking!

    Pretty, pretty, pretty! It’s hard to choose a favorite but I am loving the polka dot navy and red ones a lot! That floral one though is so pretty too. Great finds!
