- Secondly, Dress Appropriately. You might need your wellies if it has been raining. Wear comfortable clothes like I did. Stretchy leggings, a warm jumper, and wellies.
- Sturdy footwear is key. As you likely be walking up and down the field looking for the perfect pumpkin.
- Thirdly, Bring Some Cash. Some farms may only accept cash for admission and pumpkin purchases, so it’s a good idea to have some on hand.

You look lovely in orange! I haven’t been to a pumpkin patch in ages– probably when my boys were in kindergarten. They are lots of fun and we have quite a few places around us but we never do anything with the pumpkins we pick so I stopped going.

Yes it is easy to get carried away and buy a few. I only bought a few this year and they love making pumpkin soup and roasted seeds out of them so they don’t get wasted.
