Makes: around 200ml
Takes: 5 minutes
What You Need:
70g parmesan grated (or vegan alternative)
30g basil
1 clove garlic
2tbsp Meridian pumpkin seed butter
75ml olive oil

How To Make Pesto From Scratch:
Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Notes:
This makes quite a thick pesto but you could add more olive oil if you want it thinner. However, you like it best.
