Here are some tips to ensure you create a perfect frozen drink:
- Firstly, Use Quality Ingredients. Use a good-quality tequila and fresh lime juice for the best flavour.
- Secondly, Simple Syrup Or Plain Sugar. Adjust the amount of simple syrup or sugar based on your sweetness preference. You can make a simple syrup by dissolving equal parts sugar in water over low heat.
- Thirdly, Think About Consistency. Achieving the right consistency is key. If the mixture is too thin, add more ice. If it’s too thick, add a splash of liquid (tequila, triple sec, or lime juice).
