Blogging Over A Decade & Another Lockdown Birthday:

Wow, which one shall I start with first!? Another Lockdown Birthday! You can see last year’s birthday here: Having My Birthday Celebrations In Lockdown. Also, this was my daughter’s lockdown birthday last year, Elsa From Frozen Fancy Dress: Over 40 Party Ideas. We are hoping to go out this year as she turns 16 years old soon!

I need a six-month holiday, twice a year- Who else feels like this?

Anyway, yesterday it was my birthday and not only was everyone working as there are not many places to go at the minute, only sitting outside a pub, but it was also too cold for that!

So I spent most of my birthday sleep, trying to warm up. I think if it hadn’t been so cold and even snowing at one stage, it might have been a different story!!

Well, I did manage to put a bit of make-up on and walk out with my daughter later in the day when the sun decided to show its face!!

Blogging Over A Decade:

In other news, did you know I’ve been blogging for over a decade now? Well, I missed my blog birthday because of everything going off around me.

What a start to the year.

With losing my dad to COVID-19 and dealing with the loss. Mollie The Border Collie’s cancer returning and dealing with knowing that one day soon I will have to put her down, I completely forgot to celebrate my blog birthday!!

So I thought I would share it today because I thought it would fit in nicely with my birthday celebrations.

I have covered many topics here on the blog, from running, recipes, days out to my ever-changing style and hair cuts.

I have shared the good, the bad, and the ugly outfits over the years.

Over the last few months, I try to think more about the outfits I wear and my blog has changed from a parent, recipe-sharing diary to more of a style diary.

This is where my passion for fashion lives and now it is going to stay.

I like everyone who makes fashion mistakes so stay around to see them!

Not everyone is perfect, are they?
