Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Zingy Raspberry Choc Brownie Stacker:

This recipe is the ultimate towering dessert to share. Whether you choose to make your own waffles, or buy them ready-made from the supermarket, the combination of chocolate waffles and ice cream is unbelievable. The weekend starts here!

Ingredients:

For The Ice Cream:

1 tub of Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Zingy Raspberry Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream

For The Waffles:

250g plain flour

7g baking powder

20g caster sugar

5g salt

475ml milk

2 eggs

30ml vegetable oil (+ oil for greasing)

1 bar of milk chocolate

Alternatively, chocolate covered waffles can be purchased from your local supermarket.

For The Topping:

Raspberry sauce

Pink sprinkles

How To Make Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Zingy Raspberry:

1.) Firstly, preheat your waffle maker.

2.) Weigh all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the milk and eggs together and beat vigorously to combine. Add the egg, milk and oil to the bowl and mix together slowly.

3.) Spray or brush the waffle maker plates with oil. Fill the waffle maker to manufacturer’s guidelines and cook until golden brown, and then set aside to cool on a wire rack.

4.) While the waffles are cooling, melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a bowl of hot (not boiling) water.

5.) Pour chocolate onto a large plate or tray and dip one side of each waffle into the chocolate, then put aside to set.

6.) Scoop Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Zingy Raspberry Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream, and place between two waffles. Last but not least, finish by drizzling raspberry sauce and pink sprinkles over the waffles.
