Happy Saturday and today is:
World Cocktail Day!! ( Saturday 13th of May 2017)
Today is a global celebration of cocktails. How yummy!!
Do you like to make up your own cocktails?
We do.
I like to make alcoholic ones up for me and the husband and non-alcoholic one up for the kids.
We also like to fill them up with ice and fruit to make them even tastier.
Today I am sharing 2 fun cocktail for you to try out on World Cocktail Day from Sparkling Ice.
I have a Hokkaido Iced Tea and a Kiwi 76 recipe to share with you.
World Cocktail Day:
How To Make Hokkaido Iced Tea:
Ingredients:
- Peach Nectarine Sparkling Ice 30ml
- Bombay Sapphire Gin 30ml
- Lychee Juice 15ml
- 1 Peach
- Mint Leaves
How To Make:
1.) Cut peach into slices and put aside for garnish.
2.) Combine all three ingredients, pop into a cocktail shaker and shake.
3.) Pour into Julep Cup and topped with crushed ice.
4.) Add peach slices on top and garnish with mint leaves.
How To Make A Kiwi 76 Cocktail:
Ingredients:
- Kiwi Strawberry Sparkling Ice 50ml
- Premium Vodka 10ml
- Lemon Juice 25ml
- Orange Liqueur 15ml
- Morello Cherry 1
- Lemon peel
How To Make:
1.) Add vodka, lemon juice and orange liqueur in the cocktail shaker and shake.
2.) Strain into a chilled glass.
3.) Top with Kiwi Strawberry Sparkling Ice.
4.) Drop a morello cherry and lemon peel.
