Three Places To Visit In Derbyshire. Hello friends. Happy Thursday. So how are you today?

So the end of having to wear masks today but will you still be wearing yours?

I will for work maybe, depends on our company rules. But I will when we get to travel by train again.

We love to travel and as travelling it has been limited again with covid. I am busy planning where we can go, when we can go.

I am busy planning lots of fun outdoor trips where we can take Murphy with us.

We love visiting Derbyshire and the Peak District and today I am sharing 3 places I love to visit.

I am loving travelling to different parts of the UK and around the peak district, which is amongst our favourite places to go.

Whenever the husband and I have a day off work together in the warmer weather, here are three places we love to visit in Derbyshire.

As there is some beautiful places to visit in Derbyshire. These are my favourites.

Bakewell is a market town and civil parish in the Derbyshire Dales district of Derbyshire, England.

This is our favourite place to visit and go her quite often.

Nestled in the heart of the Peak District, Bakewell is a charming market town that perfectly blends history, nature, and delicious treats.

Not forgetting the most amazing fish and chips.

We love visiting Bakewell for the day and always enjoy a lovely relaxing walk in the town centre, around the river and cricket pitch and walk up the short steep hill to then have a walk around the Church.

We had a fun day out in Matlock Bath last week on Friday. We had not visited for a few years due to Covid and it was lovely to spend a short time there before it rained.

Off in the country to do some exploring so I need a bit of Wonder Woman’s energy today.

When I was at school about 35 years ago I won the fancy dress costume contest competition dressed as Wonder Woman.

My mum made me the full costume and it was amazing. I won 3 pounds notes. (which would have been a lot of money back then) and a Mars Bar.

My mum said I was more interested in the chocolate than the money! Classic me!!
