Cherry Pimm’s Punch is the ultimate summer refreshment, blending the signature flavours of the classic Pimm’s cocktail with the luscious sweetness of cherries.

Whether you’re looking to make a large batch for entertaining or a single serving for yourself, it’s easy to customise with additional fruits or herbs like mint and basil for an aromatic twist.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 100ml Pimm’s No 1 Cup
  • 200ml Waitrose Cherry Juice Drink
  • 200ml soda water or lemonade
  • Fresh cherries, to serve

Method:

  1. Firstly, half fill a serving jug with crushed ice, pour in the Pimm’s and cherry juice drink.
  2. Just before serving, add the soda water (or lemonade), and pour into tall glasses, garnished with cherries.
