  • Tsp of butter or olive oil
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste

  1. Melt the butter or olive oil in a griddle pan over medium heat. 
  2.  Add the asparagus, salt and pepper.
  3.  Cook for around 10 minutes, turning the asparagus often to ensure even cooking.
