Fork In The Road? No, A Tree In The Path!:
How windy has it been over the weekend!?
I am so glad my Husband was off work to walk Mollie the Collie for me.
Especially when he sent me these photos of our usual walkies route!
I often hear branches falling from the trees on our walkies but so glad I was not walking through the woods when this one fell to the ground.
I bet it made a loud noise!!
I went a walk up yesterday to see it and it is kind of scary thinking that you walk this path most days and sometimes twice a day.
Hopefully, no one was around when it fell!!!

I always think of that too when I see a tree down on a path we walk often. Thanks goodness you weren’t out there when it fell.

Wow, that is a scary thing. Hopefully the wind dies down in your area but it made for a great pic. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful rest of the week.

Thanks Patrick. Yes the wind did not last long.
Woah that is scary about the downed tree branch! We have a lot of trees in our backyard and branches are always falling in the high winds. They make a lot of noise!

Oh my! So sad a lovely tree came down.
Author
Yes it is π
I avoided the woods during the last storm Claire – there are a few trees that lean awkwardly ready for a strong wind to blow them down! xx Maria

It is scary being in the woods when it is windy. I often hear the tree creaking π
I’ve got a feeling we will lose a fair amount of trees again this year Claire. You can bet our winter will be as freaky as our summer xx
