The great thing about making your own juices is that you can experiment with any of your favourite fruit and veg you already have in. So good.

Also, it is a great way to use up some fruit that may need using up quickly too. So today I am sharing a Blueberry, kiwi, pineapple, grape and apple juice recipe.

Begin by gathering fresh, ripe fruits: a handful of blueberries, one kiwi, a slice of pineapple, a small bunch of grapes, and two crisp apple.

Thoroughly wash all the fruits to remove any dirt or pesticides. Peel the kiwi, core the apple, and chop the pineapple and apple into smaller pieces for easier blending.

Add all the fruits to your juicer or blender, and blend until smooth. If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.

Pour the vibrant juice into a glass, and enjoy the burst of natural flavours and vitamins that will kickstart your morning with a healthy boost. Add ice, if you want it ice cold.

This homemade juice is not only packed with essential nutrients and antioxidants but also offers a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess that makes it a delightful morning treat.

This looks really nice, and nutritious as well. I do need to get more fruit in my diet as I don't eat it due to the texture putting me off. Smoothies/juices are a good way for me to get my 5 a day.
