7 Years Ago I Created Blackpool Tower From Shoes. Hello friends, happy Sunday. How is your weekend going so far?

It has been beautiful today now the sunshine has also come back but I’m not sure for how long?

So today I am sharing some fun memories from 7 years ago. They also popped up on my Facebook page this morning that reminded me.

Also, I had forgotten about this at the minute because travel is a no go. I also had so much fun making this Blackpool Tower out of shoes.

So I created Blackpool Tower out of my shoes and took a photo 2 floors up for a competition and guess what?

Also, I won a weekend holiday to Blackpool with it because of my creativity!! How cool!?

Good times.

So wish I could be having fun in Blackpool right now!! Don’t you too?

I had lots of travelling planned for this Summer. All in the UK. So I can not wait to visit Blackpool again soon.

Where Is Blackpool?

So Blackpool is a town and seaside resort on the Lancashire coast in North West England. We love to visit.

Some people say it is like Benidorm of England, but I have not visited Benidorm yet so I can not comment.

I really want to go to Benidorm too.

What Is Blackpool Known For?

Blackpool is known for its Tower, Pleasure Beach, Large Disco ball, fun postcards, amusement arcades and donkey rides. It also brings back great memories for me as being a child. So many fun memories here.

Also so many fun memories of bringing my own children here to Pontin’s when it was open.

Whenever I see kiss me quick hats, postcards and sticks of rock I think of Blackpool too.

Our Favourite Thing’s To Do In Blackpool:

Visit The Blackpool Tower, Tower Circus, Madame Tussaud’s, Walk The Golden Mile and visit the piers. Best not forget the kids loves to visit the arcades!!

What is Blackpool Tower?

Blackpool Tower is a tourist attraction in Blackpool, Lancashire, England, which was opened to the public on 14 May 1894.

Wow, 50 years ago, yesterday the Abbey Road cover was shot!

These fun pictures were take when we were on Holiday in Blackpool at Madame Tussaud’s last week. How about that for great timing!?

I was just recovering from being poorly and having a chill and so I picked up this fab Lion King sweatshirt up from Primark to keep me warm and cosy.

So this week it has been cold and very rainy here. We have not had to the chance to do any outside adventures.

Darker nights are on their way. In from school then lazy nights before bedtime. Reading, crafting and catching up on homework.

Seventh; a few days I found these photos on my phone. Photos I had forgotten about. Some I took from the top of Blackpool Tower.

All the way up at the top of the Tower. A big thing for me. Going to the top. Being scared of heights and all. Makes me dizzy thinking about it now.

Eight, so much so after finding these, {do you ever find photo’s you forgot about?}. I had a dream about being at the top of The Tower. Fun At The Top Of The Blackpool Tower.

So last but not least: It is All About The Tower. Well, the also outfit and The Tower in this post is!! Every year we like to go to Blackpool for a few days break.
