Happy Wednesday!
How beautiful has the weather been lately?
Yesterday it was such a beautiful day.
Blue skies all around.
Not a cloud in sight!!
Hope it stays like this for when the children break up for the school holidays!!
Typically it usually rains!!

I made myself a frozen summer fruit smoothie to cool myself down.
Turns out it was an expensive smoothie as the freezer door didn’t shut properly and everything inside melted!!
Grr!!
Really!!
I am so not trying not to stress myself out over it!!
How To Make A Summer Fruit Smoothie:
Serves 1
Ingredients :
- 100g Frozen summer berries
- 1 Large banana
- 1 Handful spinach washed
- 200ml Semi-skimmed milk

Method:
- Chop the banana, wash the spinach, and place them and the frozen fruit into a smoothie maker.
- Add the semi-skimmed milk and blitz all together until smooth.
- Serve straight away.
- Yummy!!
Enjoy.

How are you keeping yourself cool?
making yummy smoothies or ice lollies?
Have you ever left the freezer door open?
I do love the look of that… Looks really delicious and refreshing! Yes, the weather has been lovely the past few days! Sadly though, it's a different story today 🙁 Woke up to a mist everywhere. Temperature has dropped and it's even rained! Hopefully the warm days will be back. x

Aww, thank you Alina 🙂
I do like an occasional smoothie although I do find that they can be quite expensive in terms of a refreshing drink if you are not careful (regardless of whether the freezer door is left open or not!!) I know they may be good for you but sometimes a nice cold glass of water is just as refreshing.
Thank you Tam, I know what you mean. Sometimes I would like a lot of different things in mine but as you say, they can run expensive..
The smoothie sounds delicious! I love blending frozen banana and frozen berries for a nice ice cream, which is so delicious and refreshing! :)http://lilinhaangel.com/
