How To Make The Paleo Foods Co. Green Warrior Protein Smoothie Bowl:

Smoothies are a blended drink typically made with fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients for a nutritious drink.

Smoothie bowls are made up like a smoothie but eaten from a bowl with some extra topping of fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds of your choice on top.

Energise your mornings with this Green Warrior Protein Smoothie – a nutritious blend packed with plant-powered goodness. Start your day strong with this delicious breakfast choice!

Also, a fun way to add green vegetables ingredients like spinach, kale, and avocado into your breakfast.

Approx. 17g of protein

Serves 2

(Vegan, dairy free, gluten-free)

Ingredients:

  • Two large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 small handful of kale (stems removed)
  • One avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 4 tablespoons of hulled hemp seeds
  • 250ml of Paleo Foods Co 9% Almond Milk
  • 4 ice cubes (adjust as desired)

Toppings (optional):

  • Edible Flowers
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Chia Seeds
  • Fresh Berries

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until silky smooth.
  2. Add a bit of water or more almond milk if necessary to thin out.
  3. Taste and adjust flavour as needed, adding more banana (or maple syrup) for added sweetness, or more spinach for a bright green hue.
  4. Divide between 2 serving bowls and top with desired toppings
  5. Last but not least, enjoy right away!
