Start by preparing a few pieces of fresh greens, such as chopped fresh basil leaves, to provide a crisp and nutrient-rich base.

Add juicy, sliced strawberries for a burst of sweetness and a splash of red.

Peel and segment sweet, tangy oranges, ensuring all the pith is removed for a clean, citrusy flavour that pairs beautifully with the strawberries.

To enhance the salad’s texture and taste, sprinkle in some chopped fresh basil leaves, and pan-roasted sesame seeds.

Add the dressing. This light and zesty dressing perfectly complements the fruity elements of the salad, making it a delightful and healthy option for a summer lunch or dinner.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes of strawberries
