On the topic of spinach, yesterday my husband and I had a lunch date out at a restaurant on Lake Ontario. We had spinach salad with candied peanuts, craisins, fresh blueberries and strawberries, crumbled goat cheese and a strawberry vinaigrette. And it was so delicious! The combination of flavors was absolute perfection! And then we had shrimp tacos and truffle fries. So good!
