How To Make A Mango, Pineapple And Kale Smoothie:

Serves: 1 person
Prep time: 5 minutes



200g Mango Chunks

200g Pineapple Chunks

30g Curly Kale

200ml Rio D’Oro Apple juice

How To Make Mango, Pineapple and Kale Smoothie:

1. Chop the kale finely.

2. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse till well blended and serve.
